Hi,

Are there any resources that summarize the internal differences in the
unicode implementation (things like zend_u_hash_*, how to do `strcmp()`
with IS_UNICODE zvals, etc.)?

Also, since this is for ext/phar, I need to be able to convert to/from
unicode to binary easily (is this just changing the Z_TYPE?)
