Writing/committing testcases for PHP.

I've written some test cases for array functions which have been committed by Lars, and would like to write more.
Lars said he would support me on this, and also Zoe Slattery as well.

Confirmed. Iain, would it be enough to have access to ext/standard/tests
for a start?
