Hi all, I just wanted some input from this list.

I'm working on a project using the latest snaps of 5.3. There are some
features that I need for this project, such as LSB. I've been running
into some WTF's and issues with new features.

Would it be better to report all of these through the bug system? Or can
I bring them up here? I just wasn't sure since 5.3 hasn't been released
yet. Thanks

"WTF's" should be discussed here and bugs reported on bugs.php.net :)

the discussion platform for this kind of issues is this list right now.
