Hi Internals

Regrading the bug(feature) report at:
http://bugs.php.net/44194

Is this anything to be discussed for 5.3 or should it just be "left"?

A guy replied a few days ago with great comments regrading this, I think it
should atleast be taken into consideration with the addition of namespaces in
5.3.
