# lxr, bonsai busted

Can someone take a look at lxr and bonsai? Now that php4 is php-src,
it's not indexing the correct directories and the bonsai "cvs blame"
cross reference links aren't pointing to the correct place.

I think it's a simple matter of updating the paths in the config
files, but I'm not positive.
