Unix98 pty support actually appears to be disabled in the php 5.1.2 
source.  I'd like to play around with this but I can't find out how to 
re-enable it.  Does anyone know?  Also I'd be curious to find out why 
its currently disabled since the web documentation has no mention of it 
whatsoever.
