Hi,

the test ext/standard/tests/gerneral_functions/sunsuncts.phpt
fails on some systems because the floating point results are
handled in a wrong way. The test simply shows the values but
they are truncated OR runded depending on the system.

The consequence is eitther we emulate more system functions
or use EXPECTF / EXPECTREGEX to check for the values by
allowing any last digit or checking for the correct possible two
numbers for the last digit.

regards
marcus
