Hi , I've been working with PHP for years , PHP is the most popular web programming language in Turkey at the moment.
Here , when a question is asked about PHP , we refer to PHP manual but after they look to the manual,we heard the same questions because a lot of people can't understand english well.In order to help people , I would like to translate PHP manual.I heard that , Cumhuronat(cumhuronat@gmail.com) has started a project about this.If it's possible , I would like to join this project, too.
Best regards
