Hi internals,

I'd like to request RFC karma for my PHP Wiki account.

Wiki username: artukrainskiy

I'm preparing an RFC for native multi-pattern string search and replacement
using Aho-Corasick, with two new classes: Str\Matcher and Str\Replacer.

I've opened a draft implementation PR:

I'd like to create a draft RFC to document the proposal and discuss the API
