Hi all,

With https://wiki.php.net/rfc/remove-link-to-x-from-php-net behind us, having failed to pass, when might we expect Derick to start posting technical and professional notices regarding @official_php again? (And if Derick is not the account holder, who is?)

Presumably once a 2/3 majority votes to approve that course of action.

I think the only thing needed is to start the actual regular posting. 
There's no approval required from anybody for that. Once that starts 
happening - by any person who feels they up to the task, and does not 
have to be under official_php handle either - then the question of 
linking and recognizing it becomes obvious. Before that happens, the 
question is moot - it's a volunteer project, somebody has to step up and 
do it.
