The RFC was accepted.
Vote "Accept the proposed changes to registerPhpFunctions in ext/dom and ext/xsl?" was accepted with 15 yes 0 no.
Vote "Add registerPhpFunctionNS to ext/dom and ext/xsl? " was accepted with 13 yes 0 no.
