Hi:

When posting to internals, you may have received an email like the 
following:

   internals@lists.php.net is currently protecting themselves from 
   receiving junk mail using Spamcease Just this once, click the link 
   below so I can receive your emails. You won't have to do this again.

Don't go through the confirmation.  This is likely a scam/exploit/whatever 
of some sort.
