Excellent. So who is the maintainer? Let's add that info to EXTENSIONS.

If it is used widely, somebody would be able to come up as the
maintainer I assume? I am not a big believer in "maintained by nobody
really", because this causes things to fall between chairs. We have
enough things doing this anyway, but in this case we can go to
maintainer and bother him/her about it, and usually it gets things
moving. Otherwise we get bystander effect. [1]
