There are many reasons. Often the reason is simply that many cheap hosting companies or admins don't want to spend time to update. For them this is only a cost. And there are no game changers which create pressure. All major applications work on "old" versions and for the individual developer it is hard to argue "oh, I want to use the <=3D> operator" as the work-around is trivial. Hosters had to offer 5 quite quickly since that was a big game changer with the new object model. =20 johannes --=-KxAi7EgXNfo0wfhbH/+o Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name="signature.asc" Content-Description: This is a digitally signed message part Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.22 (GNU/Linux) iQEcBAABAgAGBQJXFsMRAAoJEH3sTmn8nIPXlxoH/26Nt1yMnNJhetZMRyeXM7Qy y6inOTrsk+EhSkf15JkwJipLVo0HaaWMbveTpioD0H1PcFXd/yf7domDPM3wlm2/ ODoj8vFzMXrdpixlpJeZ/zy/a7ixzRmR80t51NAiViM1cPBPn7Y5v3gEXDxChq0h QSkCuZIBKYo+37HhHOu+0ArEYMXJDtvIlNqQnbrLSDFTdMJ7yp9sP0nsv0iuKDNM SfOsPdgdxZg25+jSFAZyYZXDIN+yvyeDMhdaOKZc0Nmj1Iv4eCbe9cjql7d8EVvn agJPDGOqCjX9tTQP4r73dCOnHBnpiqHsjO1RrRm/O8ZvH7MgoglRIRyqN+VbOHU= =qQZ0 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --=-KxAi7EgXNfo0wfhbH/+o--
