Saying that a given feature will not take PHP to the next level is not at a=
ll the same as saying I don't see any advantages.  I did not say the latter=
, and I stand behind the former.  As I said, I'm sure frameworks would use =
it and there are obviously some valid use cases for it, but it won't change=
 the way the vast majority of people develop code.  Forget for a minute whe=
ther we should or shouldn't add it - this is not a make or break feature fo=
r PHP.
