Following up on what I wrote earlier, I think we need to separate the discu=
ssion of each topic to its own thread.  Some threads will be simple with no=
t much discussion, with others probably resulting in more discussion.  It's=
 quite messy to discuss so many items (with the list growing and growing) i=
n one thread.

It's fine to keep it as one centralized RFC (and probably a good idea), but=
 let's keep the discussions separate.
