I reviewed this last night, and it hasn=E2=80=99t fared any better after a night=E2=80=99s sleep. The Code of Merit essentially creates an armour clad rejection of any non-technical topic. It makes this very clear by explicitly stating that such topics must be discussed elsewhere. It also explicitly states that =E2=80=9Cdisruption of the project will not be tolerated=E2=80=9D. It doesn=E2=80=99t define disruption, of course. It doe= sn=E2=80=99t even define a mediation process. I doesn=E2=80=99t actually mention any undesire= d interpersonal conduct at all. It=E2=80=99s effectively the total opposite of the currently proposed RFC, = and then some. Paddy
