But the basic point is that the person who is getting harassed has to spend energy to avoid the problem. f they've got a legitimate complaint and have already received enough crap to justify a complaint, are they actually going to do that, or are they just going to say 'forget PHP' and go off to a work on something where they don't need to put up with crap?
