Paul, I apologise for that, it was hypocritical of me in a post asking you to - in the words of Wikipedia's famous policy - "Assume Good Faith". My main point, in a nutshell, is that insinuations that the proposed CoC is *designed* to give arbitrary power to a small group of people are disingenuous.
