I live in = between places, so I often rely on my phone=E2=80=99s internet. In fact, = it should always be considered that people may have rare/bad internet = access - but still want to contribute. For instance, I spent about two weeks in Kenya. Internet down there is = like 10kb/s. And Kenya is one of many countries with a bad internet = connectivity. Just my two cents.=
