I think not setting a bad precedent is worth the inconvenience of doing this by the book. That said, my vote would be yes. But we shouldn't be doing an end-run around the voting process simply because the change is relatively minor; not when the change is to the voting process itself, at least. --Kris --001a113e542023c6920511be53f1--
