Totally with Pierre on this one. "Essentially the same" is not the
same. If we're not going to follow our own rules _which we voted on_
what is the point. Don't set precedence for ignoring the rules. There
has been plenty of time for all-comers to get their RFCs discussed and
get them to a voting state.
