It is the stopper and not only the migration guide. We need to know what
has been done to do an informed vote. We also need to know what else is
coming, readiness for changes etc.

Voting now means giving you a blank card and simply accept anything and
expose us to what already happened too many times, rejecting patches with
no good reasons.
