It is easier for everyone involved if php.net systems related requests
are sent to systems@php.net

There is under 0.1% of people on internals@ that have access to our
infrastructure (or care for that matters), only a handful of systems@
people that really read internals@ on regular basis.
Thankfully, apparently Ferenc does :)
