Why are you actually allowed to vote (without regard to your actual vote)? What is actually our policy about who is allowed to vote on RFCs? Don't we have rules of action for everything nowadays? Is a simple php.net account really sufficient to be able to vote something in or out of the future of PHP? There are surely people who do not have an account who would be more eligible to vote on RFCs than someone who "just" obtained one. Anally, Mike -- Regards, Mike
