Uncommented several extensions in php.ini. Adjusted my extension_dir. All of the extensions loaded just fine, except php_mysql.dll. The file is in the appropriate place and has the appropriate permissions. Even tried giving everyone full control over the file. Nope. Does this have to do with the licensing? Or is something wrong?
