Which is why I'm asking for one ... Nothing is stopping you from forking some flavor of PHP for those who are like you. PHP is on GitHub now, which makes it a lot easier to do change management and you can easily integrate whatever you like and don't like into your own fork from the main branch. Make your own goal post. I'm sure the PHP developers here would be more than happy to let you manage an official LTS version if it meant you would stop complaining on this list. I'm sure web hosts would love your LTS version because they hate upgrades because upgrading costs time and money. Good businesses plan ahead and integrate upgrade expenditures into their cost models. -- Thomas Hruska CubicleSoft President Barebones CMS is a high-performance, open source content management system for web developers operating in a team environment.
