Those with SVN [sic] access (but how does karma come into play?) 2. Those without (how do we provide such rights? to whom?) If these are to be answered (they should) then I don't think an RFC can = be=20 edited like that (people already voted on it), so suspect we'd need a = new=20 RFC to replace it. Fun! I suspect most people voted "Yes" for that RFC thinking it'd mean less = noise on this list while not caring about the details. That's only a guess. = But=20 trouble is, defining the "Who" is the most difficult part and a big = reason why general consensus is preferred.=20 Regards, Philip
