AFAIK, a buildbot was developed by Israel Ekpo

We can plug gcov results to qa.php.net/reports pretty easily.
I think we can plug this in php-gcov/trunk/cron/cron.php  and send the XML
to the qa.php.net/reports/ interface.

If you can send me a sample, I can develop this tool.
