I think the team should be more It is not. Of course, nobody here is omniscient, so it may happen on occasion that we do changes that may break some setups. Then the person whose code is broken writes to the list or submits a bug and complains - so&so worked before and doesn't work now. Then we see if the breakage was intentional (which happens sometimes - PHP is evolving and things that looked like good idea 5 years ago may not look so good now) or by mistake, and in the latter case we fix it.
