No I reiterate that PDO is fundamentally wrong and that is the reason that it has not had the sort of take up FORCING it upon us is intended to solve. Now expanding that by forcing additional licensing conditions just makes it doubly wrong. Going back to the drawing board and producing something based on agreement rather than dictation would make a lot more sense especially when one looks at what we need to actually DO with an abstract database layer? -- Lester Caine - G8HFL ----------------------------- Contact - http://home.lsces.co.uk/lsces/wiki/?page=contact L.S.Caine Electronic Services - http://home.lsces.co.uk MEDW - http://home.lsces.co.uk/ModelEngineersDigitalWorkshop/ Firebird - http://www.firebirdsql.org/index.php
