If this idea succeeds, you have lost one potential PDO2 , I would never ever sign a CLA, it is pretty much against the OSS idea and may carry unaceptable legal risks for individuals that do this **for free**(!) although as far as I know, the CLA "as is" seems to be suitable only for toilet paper here :P due to large legal system differences (IANAL) -- http://www.cristianrodriguez.net
