My native language is Turkish. I appreciate contributing open-source software projects. And after using PHP for several years, I think that it is time to contribute PHP for me. As a beginning, I would like to translate PHP documents to Turkish as much as I can. I searched for where to start, I found out phpdoc-tr folder on CVS tree. I suppose that if I have a CVS account, submitting translations will be easier than sending them to mail lists.
