My suggestion was going to be (Lukas beat me to the punch with his proposal) that I RM 5.3 release and ask someone new to take over the 5.2 branch and within 1-2 releases of 5.3.0 have that person take over 5.3 branch, once they are a bit more familiar with the process. I do agree that having more people try their hand at being RM is a very good idea and historically every minor/major release had a new RM.
