This is simply not true. Every time someone changes status of the report (even with the canned reply) the system logs his email. For example: http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=42027 If you want to reopen a report, just contact the person who asked for feedback OR leave a comment in the report, that helps in 99% cases too. -- Wbr, Antony Dovgal
