Hi Marcus,

I'm not sure about which PECL extensions you are talking, i can only
find one for OGGvorbis support.
I have quite a lot C skills, i think it's not a real big problem to
write it (at least for me). But as you know it is impossible to write
such thing in my own (or work for a year or more on it). And well the
question is, will it be useful? It's nice if it's built into PHP then,
but what if there's no interest for it?
Of course i want to apply for an idea, but just don't know which to choose :)
