Hi,

With the release of 5.2 the minimum oracle client requirements have changed=
 from version 8 to version 10 (at least on windows).=20

This is noted in the manual under the oci8 section, but could I suggest we =
also note this in the upgrading guide given that it is "For users upgrading=
 from PHP 5.0 and PHP 5.1".
