Heh, I remember you. Togg, was it? You came in, asked a very vague 
question, were -answered- repeatedly and then went on some 
incomprehensable tyrade about "speaking american". We're just Sooooo rude :)

PS. As was said before, php.net does not endorse any php IRC channel as 
"official".
