Not in my patch! I just tested the example below with my patch, and it 
works *PERFECTLY*:

         {
                 public static function getMessage()
                 {
                         return 'ternary test (left side)!';
                 }
         }

         {
                 public static function getMessage()
                 {
                         return 'ternary test (right side)!';
                 }
         }
