So where are we on compiling PHP on AMD64 systems.
I'm running SUSE9.1, and have the database engine (Firebird) running 
fine, Apache (yes 2) is up and running as SUSE don't ship Apache1 now, 
but that just leaves me with PHP to get working.
Do I need the latest 5.1 or will I be able to convince 5.0 to build?
