This makes sense to me, and I support linking to phpc.tv.  Perhaps as a =
v2, the Foundation could create an account on there and create curated p=
laylists of already existing content that can be linked to?  (And those =
playlists can be easily updated over time as the language changes and di=
fferent things become relevant or out of date.)
