Our "rookie" (hands-on) PHP 8.6 release managers are:
- Matteo Beccati
- Joe Ferguson

Running unopposed, our senior (hands-off) release manager for PHP 8.6 is:
-  Daniel Scherzer.

Further steps are described in the "New release manager" checklist [1].
Please get in touch with Daniel to coordinate.
