The two weeks will have passed on Thursday and there were no further 
comments. I thus plan to start the vote on Thursday. I have just filled 
in the final commit hash into the voting widget (which I'm not treating 
as a major change, since policy RFCs are a little different than regular 
RFCs in that the PR is the main artifact).
