As mentioned in my last email, I was only half way through (now closer t=
o 60%) of making notes and reviewing the proposal. This isn't a simple p=
roposal but rather a complex one with interleaving behaviours. It takes =
awhile to digest and understand, plus run through various scenarios and =
understand how it will work.
