I understand you have access to the site. Because of that I answer here.

The proposals with the IDs 710, 711, 708, 83, 662, 700 contain (mostly) =
online casinos links.=20
Some of the proposals have the same account as last edit in their change =
log.
Perhaps it makes sense to consider to disable editing old and adding new =
proposals. The last real proposal was in 2013.=20
The newest three proposals sole purpose seems to be to get links in; for =
instance 710 is an exact copy of 83 from 21 years ago.
