Hello,

I'd like to toss my name into the hat. I've been on the list for awhile =
now, but in the last year or two, I started actually speaking up. I firs=
t learned C in 1998, and switched to C# in 2005, and finally PHP in 2012=
. My C was a bit rusty (no, that is not a pun), but it gets better every=
 week that I fiddle and tinker with php-src. I don't feel confident enou=
gh to be active on github, but I would like to change that.=20

PHP has paid my bills long enough; it is time to return the favor; if yo=
u'll have me.
