I saw the first few lines on my phone and had a similar wtaf reaction. A=
dding the person=E2=80=99s name in the salutation would help instead of =
a general =E2=80=9Chello=E2=80=9D. But otherwise, I think it is healthy =
for it to be public. Voices silently silenced, even for a good reason, a=
re never a good thing. Also, it gives people a chance to advocate for th=
e banned or object to the banning, if they so choose.=20
