Yes, this is interesting. In any case, I feel like it should be final as=
 it is currently and doesn't affect my RFC. If this RFC passes, it only =
changes a bit of the language in my RFC and removes a secondary vote.

In any case, I haven't seen any emails of people flipping tables (like s=
ome proposals out there) to my RFC announcement, so I suspect it isn't a=
 terrible idea and might actually have some merit; but I'm not going to =
get my hopes up. I rather suspect people are just ignoring it and will v=
ote "decline" out-of-hand without thinking about it.
