Just to put my marker down, one of my longer-term goals here is to see the PHP Group become a group with a process for evolving its membership, and if folding it into the PHP Foundation is the best alternative we find for that (which seems the most likely to me), I would support it. There's some history to why it never quite got there before, but I think it's long past time to try again to correct that. Jim
