Hey all,

I'd like to add my 2c:

I agree that=C2=A0php.net=C2=A0is not the right place to express our pers=
onal citizenship.
It's better to use Twitter, =46acebook, or another social network for the=
se purposes.


If you believe that the PHP community is obliged to show solidarity on th=
e=C2=A0php.net,
and not every person personally,
I suggest that instead of a banner we release a News on the main page.

I can not answer for all Russian developers, but I can judge by myself an=
d my social circle:
we're against the war, =22military operation=22 or any other aggression, =
whatever you want to call it.

Also, colleagues from the IT industry have drafted an open letter to the =
national government =5B1-2=5D.

In addition to highlighting the problem, we can also add these links:
in this case, developers from Russia will see, that not only people,
who have their respect do not support the war, but also their fellow coun=
trymen.
